Hypnaughty offers you a 30 day exchange policy from the day of receiving your products. We do not accept an exchange after the 30 day period policy.

All exchanged items must be received back to us in its original packaging and must not be opened or used.

Should you request to cancel your order, you must notify us via email within one hour of placing the order. No exceptions made.

All cancelled orders are subject to restocking fees which is 20% of the order value but no less than $5.00.
